Birthday Marquee
Birthday Marquee Announcement Details:
- Cost: $15.00
- PTSA Marquee is on the side of the sign facing Hammond Elementary.
- Birthdays of students, teachers, and staff of Walker Middle School only will be announced.
- Marquee will display the First Name, Last Initial, and Birthday
- The deadline to submit a birthday marquee announcement is 2 weeks prior to your child's birthday.
- Requests submitted with less than 2 weeks’ notice may not appear on the marquee.
- A parent’s signature is required on the request form below.
- This is a first come, first served opportunity and we can not gaurantee a marquee announcement. We will let you know right away in the event of multiple birthdays on the same day if we are not able to fit your childs name on the marquee.
- Any unfilled paid request will be refunded.
